Our Story

We have been in the construction industry for several generations now as well as being in the cattle business. We have built this business on the understanding that relationships should last a lifetime and beyond. In every generation, there have been some who find it easier to escape responsibility if they have no real relationships. We however, are diligent in cultivating long-lasting relationships and always fulfilling our commitments with integrity and honesty. Our family came to Florida in the mid-1800's, began digging canals to drain land, clearing land and building homes and small stores etc. The Crosby/Preist family has a rich and long history in Florida, and so it continues.
